I would gladly take Finn, too bad he is too into Cora to notice me. heehee

But in all seriousness, this book is amazing. I did read book 1 in this duet, and I think it helped me enjoy it more, as you meet Finn and Cora in book 1 and see their amazing friendship there as well as their relationship with Finn’s twin sister Olivia. But this could be read as a stand alone as Alyson does a great job of giving you enough history, background, etc to not feel lost.

Cora doesn’t want a relationship and yet, why can’t she stay away from Finn in a romantic sense. Finn doesn’t want to go there, she is his sister’s best friend (and really his also), but the heart wants what the heart wants. I love a good friends to lovers story and this one does not disappoint.

Alyson knows how to write a good love story, with some good drama, friends and lots and lots of love and hot sex!
